Challenger is the only medium duty restaurant range with all-welded steel frame construction, built to stand up to the demands of high-volume food preparation and to save you money with its dependability, low maintenance and long service life. The internal framework is even treated with an electrically bonded epoxy coating to protect against rust and extend longevity. Black epoxy powder coat paint provides a rugged finish of the front, sides, back riser and hi-shelf, helping the range maintain its good looks and easy cleanability. Challenger ovens are built to save on energy costs, too, with high-quality figerglass sidewall insulation that retains ifs form and doesn't sag like typical wool insulation. So your oven operates at maximum energy-efficiency and minimizes escaping heat that can place added demand on air conditioning
