Q. Are you new to the industry?
A. We have been in
business serving fine homes, and the food service industry since 1953, selling
Wolf products since 1955. Dvorsons.com is the online arm of our business which
is based in San Francisco, California. We aim to give the same great service
and attention to all our customers world wide.

Q. What if I send you E-Mail?
A. We try our best
to answer all e-mails with correct return address within two business
days.
Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. We never sell, lease,
rent, release, or transfer to a third party, personal information about our
customers.
Q. How do I place an order?
What are your payment terms?
A. To place your order you can Phone, Fax, or E-mail with your Visa, Diners
Club, or Master Card, or mail in a check or money order. You can pay a 1/3 deposit
at time of order and the balance when your items are ready to ship. And we always
accept cash at our store; come by we'd love to see you! Free Parking in back.

Q. How do you ship?
A. Of course you can will call items at our store in San Francisco. If you have
an order sent, freight charges are additional, and based on weight and destination.
Small items go via UPS world wide. For large items we ship via lift gate truck
with an insured freight Co. Delivery is curb side, or where the pallet
jack can roll to.
Our buying group allows us great freight rates and we happily pass along the volume discount to you.
We alert you before your items ship; the freight company gets instructions to call before delivery.
Q. What are your Terms and
Conditions of Sale?
A. Terms and Conditions
of Sale: All claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt of the goods,
and must be accompanied by invoice for shortage, damaged or mis shipped goods.
Fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be charged for all merchandise authorized
for return. Title of all merchandise listed on invoice shall remain property
of Dvorson's Inc. until full purchase price is paid.
Q. Can I get a catalog?
A. Nope Sorry. We no longer have a printed catalog. Our Web sites are continuously
growing.
Q. What about the special
prices I see listed?
A. Prices Are Subject To Change Without Notice. We try to keep our prices at
rock bottom but must protect ourselves in case of error or manufacturer's price
increases.

To take the QTVR Tours, you need Apple's QTVR software.
We no longer sell Viking ranges which offer duel fuel / self cleaning models; but we feel the Dynasty is far superior in many ways. Standard features include welded chassis, large convection oven, stainless steel oven interior , precision valves, and a electronic ignition system, welded drip tray. These features combine to give heat levels from 1000 - 15,000 BTU's, with simmer burner 500-10,000 BTU's. Top grates are 11 x 11". 36" Oven size approx. 14.5h x 19.5d x 30.5"w It Holds a full size sheet pan. Service by Maytag service agents.
What if I want dual fuel?
Dynasty Ranges are gas only, not self cleaning. However, the oven has
a stainless steel interior and both the racks and rack supports are
