COMMANDER COLD - Cold Series Refrigerator Bases
Make your kitchen more productive by reducing trips to separate refrigerators, while keeping food stored at the proper temperature until the moment the chef is ready for it!
Commander Cold Series refrigerated bases are compatible with all modular rangetop choices and are elevated to match up with other Commander range battery components.
Choose from 36", 48", 72" or 96" widths, self-contained or remote refrigeration packag -es*.
Commander Cold offers the high-performance features that add value and durability, like a blower coil with expansion valve for on-demand refrigeration, providing improved energy efficiency and longer system life; rugged self-closing drawers that stand up to high-volume use and are interchangeable for ultimate flexibility; and a removable drawer assembly that allows easy access for cleaning and service.
*36" width available with remote refrigeration package only.

SAUTÉ STATIONS -- FRESH ON THE COUNTERTOP

The Sauté Series is designed for high-volume operations.

The Sauté Series is a completely integrated countertop chiller pan and refrigerated base. The Sauté Series can be used with Voyager Hot Plates, Griddles and Charbroilers from Wolf Range to allow customization of the cooking area.

The countertop chillers put fresh foods and condiments within easy reach of the cooking station. The easily accessible refrigerated base and the top chiller pans both deliver temperatures that meet NSF 7 Standards for food safety. A stainless steel hinged cover fits over the chiller pans to help keep food fresh for extended periods.

FRESH IDEAS

The Sauté chiller pan area holds one 1/3-size or two 1/6-size pans per slot. The refrigerated base holds one 6" deep full-size pan per drawer.

The Sauté Series is available in both 48" and 72" models (self-contained & remote); each features stainless steel front, sides and interior.

The Sauté Series is compatible with Wolf's full line of versatile Achiever equipment, matched with cold bases or low-profile ovens.
