Introduced in early 2005, Wolf's Achiever Griddles offer whopping 30,000 BTU/hr burners for quick preheating and recovery. An aluminized steel chassis keeps them cranking year after year. And they're robotically-welded to take whatever punishment you dish out. Available in 5 sizes from 24" to 72", and to meet your exact needs, your Achiever Griddle can have manual temperature controls, or thermostatic controls, or even snap-action controls for maintaining optimum cooking temperatures.

Wolf developed the Therm-O-Ray Infrared Griddle to meet the ever-increasing demands of foodservice kitchens. The infrared burners lower your operating costs and use 51% less gas! Each 12" of width has one 20,000 BTU/hr burner with solid-state controls and electronic spark ignition. The 1" thick highly polished griddle plate has a 24" deep cooking surface available in 36", 48", 60" or 72" widths. Other features include all stainless steel front and sides and full-length chrome-plated front towel bar.

Snap-Action Thermostatic Controls and the Wolf internal plate temperature sensor to provide accurate, even temperature with minimal recovery time for maximum output.
