Achiever Series Griddles
Maybe
we should have named it the Over-Achiever! Introduced in early
2005, Wolf's Achiever Griddles offer whopping 30,000 BTU/hr burners
for quick preheating and recovery. An aluminized steel chassis keeps
them cranking year after year. And they're robotically-welded to take
whatever punishment you dish out. Available in 5 sizes from 24" to 72",
and to meet your exact needs, your Achiever Griddle can have manual
temperature controls, or thermostatic controls, or even snap-action
controls for maintaining optimum cooking temperatures.
Snap-Action Thermostatic
Controls use the Wolf internal plate temperature sensor to provide
accurate, even temperature with minimal recovery time for maximum output.

• Two solid-sheathed incoloy heating element in each 12" cooking zone
• 208/240 V, 60 Hz, 1 or 3 phase power supply required (380V/415V/480V optional)
